Returns & refunds
Return Conditions: Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will resolve the issue. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them, including original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of purchase.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@crown-on.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
